New Golf Warmup Exercise! You are gonna love this one!

Hello Silver Strong Family! 

Today we bring you another fun warmup exercise to do before your round of golf.  This exercise will help loosen up your hips and warm up the muscles involved in rotation.  Maintain the glute of the rear leg contracted to enhance the hip flexor stretch and rotate your torso in a range of motion that feels comfortable but challenging.
