Carolina Romero, CPT

Carolina grew up in Bogota, Colombia where she was a nationally recognized competitive golfer.  After attending the University of South Florida on an athletic scholarship for golf, Carolina discovered her passion for health and fitness and pursued a dual career in finance and personal training.  After several years of witnessing the effects that long hours of office work had on her mental and physical health, she decided to dedicate her life to helping people reverse the effects of inactivity through exercise.

Carolina is a Functional Aging Specialist with the Functional Aging Institute, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.  She specializes in training active and mature adults with the goal of helping them live their life to the fullest.

Carolina writes and runs the recognized Golf Fitness blog The Fit Golfer Girl.
