Our fall prevention program will focus on principles such as gravity control training, gait pattern enhancement, multi-sensory training, strength and flexibility training. We will help you develop the necessary tools to prevent falls, regain independence and move with confidence.


Senior Personal Training

The same Silver Strong personal training service, designed specifically for mature adults over 65 years old.

Our in-home personal training services will utilize the CPI method of training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Aquatic Training

This low impact, joint friendly method of exercise uses the water’s resistance to increase muscle endurance, joint range of motion and cardiovascular health. 

Using either your personal, or community pool, you will experience all of the benefits of traditional resistance training with limited impact to your joints.
