Shout out to my client Dave for putting in such great work in the gym. This guy works consistent 12-14 hour days 6 days a week and still finds time to get his training sessions in. He currently deadlifts 165lbs for two reps and bench presses 135lbs for 2 reps. He is the perfect example of what hard work and consistency are all about.

Band pull-aparts are a staple with most of our clients. Great for increasing shoulder health and targeting those "posture" muscles in the upper back. Sometimes I like to have clients perform them while lying on their back. In this variation it's much easier to see if the client is compensating by going into extension with the lower back. Put your hand under the clients lower back and make them press it into the table. This ensures that the client is properly engaging their abdominals, and are not cheating during the exercise. .
